1. Who we are

LHS is a trading name of Harmonia Clandestina Lda, registered at Rua Fraternidade Operária 22, Lisbon, Portugal, NIPC 518499235 ("LHS", "we"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. What data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the "Get your rent offer" form: name, email, phone, city, property address, number of units, property type, and any notes you include.

We do not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools on this site — only the technical hosting logs automatically collected by our hosting platform (Netlify) to run the service.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to:

• Respond to your rent-offer request;
• Assess your property and prepare a fixed-rent proposal;
• Contact you about your property and next steps.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you voluntarily addressed to us.

5. How and where we store your data

Form submissions are stored via Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site. Data may also be automatically logged to an internal spreadsheet (via our own automation workflow) for commercial follow-up on enquiries. We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

6. Sharing with third parties

Your data is shared only with the following processors, strictly to operate this service:

• Netlify — site hosting and storage of form submissions;
• Google (Google Sheets) — internal enquiry log for commercial follow-up.

7. Retention period

We keep your data for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until we no longer have a business purpose for retaining it, whichever comes first. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 8).

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction if it's inaccurate;
• Request its deletion;
• Restrict or object to processing;
• Request data portability;
• Lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Portugal's supervisory authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, relying on our hosting platform's (Netlify) security infrastructure. We do not maintain our own server infrastructure for this site.

10. Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or traffic-analytics tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly and your consent requested where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
